San Diego World Trade Center Member Honored at LA World Trade Week Breakfast
San Diego, Calif - April 16, 2007 - San Diego World Trade
Center (SDWTC) member, Quantum Design, Inc., will be honored Tuesday,
May 1, 2007 with the LA Area Chamber World Trade Week Export
Achievement Award. The prestigious award honors small and medium sized
companies that have demonstrated outstanding, consistent success in
exporting over the past few years.
2007 is the first year a San Diego company has been nominated, much
less honored, with this award. The award will presented during the 81st
World Trade Week Kickoff Breakfast at the Sheraton Los Angeles Downtown
Hotel. The 81st Annual World Trade Week celebration highlights the
positive benefits of international trade in Southern California. The
original week-long observance has now grown to over 30 events held each
year from May 1 - 30 in the counties of Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside,
San Bernardino, San Diego, and Ventura. For more information on World

Quantum Design Inc. has been a SDWTC member since 2003. Dave Schultz,
