WTC Scope of Services

· We work closely with your team to understand your objectives and set measurements to meet the goals of the event

· Management venue, catering requests, A/V, marketing, and registration

· Identify and arrange venue and catering options

· Arrange A/V services, décor, room layout, staging, lighting, etc.

· Design e-mail announcements and event signage

· Company name and logo on all marketing pieces

· Company name and logo all signage at the event

· Recognition by WTC management at the event

· Create and schedule an e-mail marketing campaign (8000+ E-mail List)

· Invite partners (regional chambers, other local business, and trade organizations)

· Send invitations and reminder notices to members and local business contacts

· Manage onsite arrangements, registration, set-up and tear down

· Receive and manage registrations with online registration system 

· Provide Client a list of attendees and contact information post event

· Conduct survey of attendees and provide Client survey results

· Free parking if event is held at WORLD TRADE CENTER San Diego
