Ken
Bryan has over 20 years experience in the commercial aviation industry.
His current position with Goodrich Aerostructures (formerly Rohr, Inc.)
is Regional Business Manager Asia within Goodrich's Aftermarket
Services organization. Ken is the commercial focal point for all
airline customers in the region stretching from Pakistan to New
Zealand. His primary focus is business development via long-term sales
and maintenance agreements. Goodrich Aerostructures designs and
manufactures nacelle systems for the large aircraft market. A nacelle
is the complex structure surrounding an aircraft's engine including the
components and systems that integrate the engine to the airframe.
Goodrich's
aftermarket business has been fueled by the industry's five-year
up-cycle. With over 100 customers and annual sales of $175M, Ken is
responsible for managing the sales growth while maintaining customer
satisfaction. Considerable time is spent educating the customer about
capabilities, value for commitment, speed of delivery, warranty and
e-commerce. The number of key airline customers and their location
keeps Ken on the road much of the time.
